This is in reference to a band you recommended for my 50th Birthday Party on 8th April 2006.
You kindly recommended the band 'The Merry Mobsters', which provided me with a demo tape.
From this I booked the band through yourself.
On the evening, from when the band started, everyone was 'gob-smacked'. They were marvellous. Over the two days following the party I was called, and written to praising the band and their music. Every time the either of the words 'Brilliant' or 'Fantastic' were used. At least two people came up to me on the evening to ask about possibly using the band at functions they have later in the year.
Now I cannot wait until my 60th!

I had the unenviable task of arranging my daughter's 5th birthday party and faced the whole of her class plus friends coming to an event at our local community centre.
Paul provided details of an entertainment he used previously and arranged for the entertainment to attend
as well as costs.
It may simple to arrange a person to entertain your children but for me the pressures were fairly intense;not only were the expectations from an overly-excited 5 year-old but from the parents of the children attending to the critical eye of my ex-wife.
Mr.Chris, the Entertainer, did a fantastic job on the day of keeping 28 kids entertained for over 2 hours, including party games, a Punch & Judy show, puppet work, inflatable balloons and overall thoroughly spoiled my little girl. He was great with the kids, made no politically correct faux pas and managed to avoid injuring/killing any of the little joys. He was everything I expected; he was on time and was flexible to our arrangements. Overall I would recommend him for any children's party.
I do not want to give the entertainer the credit but to pass on my thanks to Paul for fulfilling our expectations and those of my family & friends. booking entertainers is a no win situation and I can say with confidence that Mr Widdowson is a valued source of party resources.
