As a leading company in Corporate and Commercial Refurbishment, The Design Partnership team has to be able to rely on our mobile phones to keep us in touch with our clients, supplier and each other. After having problems with our previous supplier we turned to Merge Communications to change us back to Vodafone with the least amount of inconvenience as possible.

Mark from Merge was excellent he provided us with replacement phones while we were waiting for unlock codes on our original ones, he synchronised the phones to our computers for accessing our e-mails and our contacts. He was always available at the end of the phone to give advice to our Managing Director who hates having to learn any new technology, even visiting him home to synchronise his home computer to his wife's phone.

I would say that the service we have received from Merge Communications has been above and beyond what you would normally receive from a Telecommunications Company and would have no hesitation in recommending Mark Bryan and Merge Communications to all of our clients and friends.

I asked Mark to look at any ways that money could be saved on the three phone lines I have operating within the shop as a majority of the calls to customers are made to mobile numbers, Through a combination of insider knowledge of the mobile telecoms industry and a fair amount of arm twisting, Mark has managed to save me in the region of 27% on my calls and change the charging basis from per minute to per second. This change took effect from midnight today. From start to finish the whole process took less than a week. I have no hesitation to commending Mark's services to any business looking to save money on their phone bills.

After getting frustrated with my current mobile phone operator I asked Mark if he could do anything with my bill and phone.

Within an afternoon he had got me a deal with double the call minutes, unlimited texts and even got me a package for free browsing that I didn't have originally.

On top of this he got me the exact phone I wanted even though it wasn't available yet on the network.

My new phone was with me the next working day and my new sim card within two.

A great service of which I would recommend to anyone.
